Workouts for Labor Day weekend

For those interested in running:


Friday:  Base day, go out and get 20-35 minutes of conversation pace in
Saturday:  Tempo run, 5 minutes slow, 15 at race pace, then 5 minutes slow to cool down
Sunday:  Take a break, you've earned it!
Monday:  Base again, but no more than 40 minutes.
