Summer running

 Hey Husky runners, I've finally been able to come up for some air and am ready to get you guys going. There are many opportunities for you to get out there and get active.  If you haven't started running yet, I would start with 10-15 minutes jogging daily, as it gets easier, just add a little time or distance every day.  If you scroll to older posts, you will see other posts for summer running.  

Monday nights the high school meets at the Wheatridge track if you wanted to join them (they would love to have you there). On Thursdays, they will meet at 7 PM at the GEXC course for embedded workouts at Coach Wards.  Saturday mornings at 9 AM they will meet at Prairie Center.  if you desire to attend these and have no ride, email me at robertsg@usd231.com and I will see what I can do to get one arranged for you.  Happy runnings Huskies!
